May 23, 2025: A Day of Tribute and Vision
The official celebration will take place on Friday, May 23, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM EEST, at the “Nikos Petridis” Auditorium in the University Campus of Heraklion. This full-day event will reflect on the department’s legacy and illuminate the path forward. A series of distinguished speakers, engaging panels, and networking activities will gather alumni, faculty, researchers, and industry leaders.
Dimitris Tsingos: Looking Toward the Future of IT Education
As part of the celebrations, our founder and CEO, Dimitris Tsingos, will participate in a panel discussion on “The future of IT education and research in Greece”. Together with leading voices from academia and industry, the discussion will explore how institutions like CSD can empower the next generation of innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
