Your Mission

As our Practical AI Coach, you’ll become the internal go-to expert on real-world AI tools and platforms — think ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, GitHub Copilot, Perplexity, and whatever comes next.

Your job is to help every single person in our portfolio — from developers and marketers to finance and ops — rethink their workflow and achieve a massive productivity boost.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Stay constantly up to date with the evolving world of practical generative AI tools
  • Test, compare, and master tools across content, coding, data, design, research, and productivity
  • Coach, mentor, and work hands-on with teams across Starttech’s venture portfolio
  • Design lightweight workshops, cheat sheets, and onboarding flows for AI-powered workflows
  • Deep dive into every job role (yes, all of them) to identify opportunities for AI transformation
  • Report directly to the CEO (yes, that’s me – Dimitris Tsingos)

Requirements

  • Engineering, computer science, or other technical degree preferred
  • 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to both technical and business domains
  • Fluency in English
  • Relocation to Athens required — this is an on-site role
  • Full-time, exclusive commitment
